Waters had Uconn in his to 5 along with u Georgetown , Indiana, Kentucky and Kansas. Doubt he signs with either Ku or Kentucky as they are in play for higher ranked guards like Duval, Sexton, Young and Green...Think it comes down to us and Indiana...Currently Waters is ranked #39 by rivals...
