bison are 1 and 8...including a good game vs. indiana. but they've also been handled (see gonzaga and liberty).

bison:

Want to push the ball.

in halfcourt settings it's the cole show...the rookie gets a lot planned for him, including running double high screens and five outs with pick and role for him. they five out a lot.

williams, the talented soph slasher not only finishes, but is stop and popping.

they also like to 2-1-2 off deadballs and makes. then back that up with a matchup zone.
in the matchup, they will trap the corners.

hoyas:

need to push the rock against these guys. their transition defense seems to suck.

get ball inside to your dynamic duo of govan and derrickson. they have no answer for that. when the matchup collapses, get ball to open shooters, who can put it up or drive.

high low that matchup. either derrickson or govan could trigger it.

jam their pick and roles with cole...blitz him and turn him. make others make plays. jam those double high's too. again, make others beat you.

in fact tilt towards cole. he's the head of the snake. not sure anyone else can do it.

against their pressure remain calm. throw over it as much as possible.
