I've been doing some research on this squad and I'm getting that feeling that we should put them away easily (which scares me)

Here is what I think needs to happen and I'd like to know if anybody agrees or disagrees

1) Protect Joshua Smith -- create some type of defense (either a zone or a triangle and 2 type) to protect him from those nitpicky fouls he gets every game early --- you can basically stop reading right here because this is so much more important than anything else below. The coach of Xavier knows, We know. Hopefully Joshua and JTIII know.

2) JTIII needs to have a quick trigger -- if he sees Peak and Trawick ducking their heads and barreling to the lane without much success -- get Peak out and move to the bigger linuep

3) Try to limit DSR's minutes at the 1 - this team will play man and is not terribly quick -- DSR needs to be off the ball as much as possible

4) Move Copeland around a lot -- he is deadly from 15 feet and he gets it off very quickly

5) Limit Bowen's minutes -- he had a great year for him but any coach doing his due diligence is going to know that on the offensive end, we are basically 4 on 5 in tournament playstyle

Barring foul trouble/injury -- I think you tighten up the rotation to 8 players instead of 9 and I think Campbell cuts into Peak's minutes

I would love to see this:

1 -- Campbell 20, DSR 20
2 -- DSR 15, Peak 20, Jabril 5
3 -- Jabril 25, Copeland 15
4 - Copeland 20, White 20
5 -- Josh 25, Hopkins 15

Ball movement on offense is going to be the key to this game which is why I want to see DSR at the 2, Jabril not barreling through the lane and Copeland or White playing the high post for the entire game with Ike roaming as the 3 when White is in the game.
