what raised my eyebrow: said he talked to the guys about this being a big summer...getting in weight room...doing school work.
cool. would liked to have heard an understanding that SYSTEMS must be in place to maximize that...aided by a culture.
i HOPE he doesn't go the pro route, ala sidney lowe, who actually made lifting optional.
