It's not a coincidence that Villanova's worst game and Gillespie's worst game happened on the same night. Prior to Wednesday night I would have tried to make a case for Jeremiah Robinson-Earl."

"Georgetown's recent play dominated the discussion at Jay Wright's Saturday pressure conference. Wright has certainly noticed and has communicated that to his players. Outside of the program, I think fans were so busy dealing with Nova's poor play on Wednesday that Georgetown's upset of Creighton maybe went under the radar a bit."

"There really hasn't been a monumental jump from anyone on Villanova this season. I'd probably say Cole Swider. He's hit some big shots, has contributed on the glass, and although it's not always pretty he has taken steps forward defensively."
