Ron, question is mainly for you and others on the board who really understand college recruiting. Obviously people are really mad at the state of Hoyas recruiting efforts. Could you or others lay out the main things other schools do that we do not? Could you explain any specific disadvantages we have that other schools don't? Can we be a national recruiting school or should we focus more on specific regions of the country? Do we need to change the type of player we focus on. I'm interested in some sort of step by step plan that Hoyas should follow to build this program back up.
I'm told on this board that we have good facilities, we pay our assistants really well, our name still means something. Not sure if any of those are true as I am not an insider. However if all those things are true then we can definitely be disappointed and angry with the results.
