bottom line..not doing enough imo.

josh..got a dnp.

hedged a little better, but the recovery sucked.

played ok in isolation. first game i saw team didn't really double him in it.

still under the rim player, which means still must get in better shape. still not showing midrange...still just power poster not really showing counters.

whitt

shooting was horrible. his numbers 2-7, 1-8, 2-2 illustrate his shooting pretty much...throwing up bricks, and scored off layups. been off a long time, and it shows. shooting mirrored the reports from workouts with area pros i got.

that said, did provide some length in the backcourt. has to be more active though...i mean like a dynamo. nike the kid from duke kind of plays like.

did have some steals...and got some easy scores off that.

Pros?

it will take whitt a while to get to that NBA level. if he can. the shooting is an issue, and if he's a brick shooter he has to do MUCH more defensively, rebounding and assisting.

doesn't look good for smith. body is listed at like 360. HAS to lose weight. not sure if josh is willing to make that commitment.

maybe in time he will.
