Took my buddy Jaren to watch his kid play against the Warriors. He is so legit. Just hard to imagine he's 19.
After the game Shelvin Mack came up to Jaren and told him to tell his kid not to be so down and angry about the loss cause there are 70 more games. I immediately told Jaren that he should be so proud that his kid hates to lose. I love players like that.
Got to meet Damian Jones who hosted Jr at Vanderbilt for a visit. One of the nicest guys around.
But the highlight of the night easily was a phone call to none other than Ron Bailey who Jaren holds in very high regard.
