The mens team won the Big East for the fifth straight season last weekend at Marquette. They were the only Big East team to qualify for the NCAA TOURNAMENT. The top 8 teams are seeded. They got the seven seed. They lost their first 3 games and then won their next 12.
Last night they had four players (the most of any school in the country) drafted in the Premier Lacrosse League draft (Reilly-FOGO, Dordevic - A, Minicus - A, Bowen - D).
They host Yale in the opening round of 16 on Saturday at 5pm EDT 2pm Pacific at Cooper Field on campus. The game is on ESPNU. Cooley is expected to be there. Attend or Tune in if you have any interest. If they win this game they will play the winner of UVA (2 seed) v. Richmond the following weekend.
