okay,

the muskies rise and fall with their 1 3 1. it's formidable. they are long, aggressive in it. will extend it high, and trap out of it. they even use a big on the back line...

...which should open up corner shots and drives on ball reversal. HAVE to reverse that ball against it. there are gaps in it, send a player in their and trigger similar to overload attack. but you have to be strong with it.

elbow and corners are available ...opposite elbow that is, after some penetration/movement vs 1 3 1.

they basically go four guards/wings and a big. sometimes two bigs, but not normally. if hayes/govan can ge tthe ball maned up vs a big, they SHOULD have success, though reynolds is a beast inside AT TIMES.

when x plays two bigs, go high low. i like farr, but he's not a beast per se. skilled shooter, improved poster, but not a beast. not soft, but not a beast.

bluiett wants to shoot. will drive, but wants to shoot...force him to shoot a hard two, over size.

this sumner guy could be a problem. think he's a lefty (or at least finishes well with it). wants to drive, in transition and/or half court. stay in froont of him peak. bang him a bit too. try and force him into threes or contested twos (long). maybe sag a tad off him.

offensively when four around one, bigs have to hold up against their bigs. help only when necessary...those guys will kick out and then their littles/mids going downhill or firing open jumpers is a problem.

biggest challenge imo...that 1 3 1.
