I could not care less about the rankings. There are only 10 or 11 teams better than Georgetown. Furthermore, when the Hoyas play the right personnel their better than half of those teams. A starting lineup of Josh Smith, Ike Copeland, Paul White, DSR and Jabril Trawick can beat anybody in college basketball, and that lineup matches up well with Kentucky. The Wisconsin Badgers and Kansas Jayhawks do not want any part of Georgetown moving forward. Georgetown will go as far as they desire, but JT III will have to cut the rotation to 8-guys and start Paul White. I'd only play Aaron Bowen if defense was a overwhelming concern against a very difficult opponent. Otherwise LJ Peak would be part of a rotation with Copeland and White at forward.

Here's the formula for NCAA tournament success for this year's team. A 3-man rotation at guard with DSR and Trawick playing 30 minutes and Tre Campbell playing 20 minutes. A 3-man rotation at forward with Copeland and White playing 30-minutes and either Peak or Bowen playing 20 minutes off the bench depending on the matchup. Josh Smith and Mikael Hopkins should play 20-minutes a piece at the Center position, with Smith as the Starter.

If JT III continues to play Peak significant minutes at the expense of White, the Hoyas could lose in their first NCAA appearance, and even if they survive, a team like Kentucky will easily handle a lineup with Peak in the starting lineup. Adjustments moving forward will be crucial to Georgetown's success.
