Spent a few hours in the Finn at Villanova today at a graduation evemt for my niece who graduated in 2020 virtually. Was struck by how small and intimidate the venue was. No need to rehash the obstacles to building a similar structure in the footprint of McDonough but no doubt it would be possible with the requisite support and commitment to working through the obvious neighborhood obstacles. Man, that would be fun if we ever found a path forward.
