Was working from home and during lunch I stumbled across the Hoyas/UNC regional final on MASN. For all the complaining we do about coaching. zone offense, and substitution patterns I was reminded while watching that game that its about talent. Obviously that team was special, but the big difference I see from JT3's recent squads is that team had three to four guys on the floor at almost all times who could consistently make 3s (wallace,summers, sapp and green). The defense was stretched out opening the lanes for back cuts and moves to the hoop.
One other thing - forgot how good Jon Wallace was. Might watch that game on DVR instead of the game against Depaul.
