Johnson & interesting development

Ok, so we all knew johnson carried a recruiting restriction at rhody

Was limited in ability to recruit high schoolers...

Well that's over in September

Guess who is expected to get on the road this summer recruiting?

Henton.

Good look for he and program.

BTW henton did good work on Peavy while on campus

Cooley believes henton to be a future hc. Busts his balls regularly. Hahahah

Cliff Omoryuri Madness

On paper Cliff looks like the perfect big man for the Hoyas to add to the roster.

If we pull him over Final Four participate, Alabama, then there is a good argument to be made that we are back.

It is nice to rich as shit.

OT: Warriors Dynasty is Over: NBA is wide open

A mediocre season punctuated by getting run out of the gym and embarrassed by a depleted Kings team signals the end to an impressive dynasty. Six trips to NBA finals and four titles in last seven years, is truly one of the most impressive runs in modern NBA history, but they are old. Curry can no longer carry a team for an entire game, like he did most of his career and against us in 2008. Thompson was never the same after achillies injury and is gone. Draymond's mental issues appear to get worse with age. They have some young talent, and Kerr is a good coach but they do not have enough to compete with the best teams in the league. The Warriors will struggle to make the playoffs the next few years and if Curry wants to win again, he will have to attach himself to a different team.

The West is up for grabs. There are about 4-5 teams that have the ability to be the next dominant team in that conference. It will be interesting to see who emerges.

One Concern Appears to Be Eliminated

I was concerned that our terrible record and poor/embarrassing performance this past season could potentially scare away top transfer candidates. That concern, thankfully, has proven to be misplaced. I am very glad/thrilled about that and that help us have the ability to turn this ship around a lot quicker.

Still real work to be done. For as good as Mack is, and I am one who may have been most keen on us getting him, he is a great pickup but he is not Allen Iverson and he and Peavy replacing Rowan and Styles aint gonna get us to .500 in Big East. As good as he is, Harvard was 5-9 last year, in the Ivy League. So we are not there yet. However, we appear to be only 1-2 moves away from being at least a respectable team again, and maybe even better with a few breaks and if we can keep key injuries down.
