ideally no, but his situation was not ideal; NEVER meshed with ewing and VICE VERSA. really the latter, as ewing gave him no leeway. would berate the guy something terrible.
got so bad several people wrote in about anger management for ewing. hahahaha not sure if the letters referenced billingsley, but witnessed the barrage personally at games. was not n ice. hahaha

can he be a high major guy?
potentially yes. but has to grow up in terms of focus and what not. big time. showed signs he can get it done, but only signs. personally think ewing should have played him more
