imo...
dequan bracey. they HAD him. he just wanted to sniff around a bit. he was coming!
they decided to drop him and pursue 1)brian brown at miami...2) woods at unc...3) jones at indy.
brown was never coming. that was apparent last summer
woods was playing the hoyas to get more love from unc then south carolina. those were his two choices. plus he sucks.
then jones...who doesn't have a position and kind of sucks.
as for bracey, his heart was broken, went to la tech..and became conference usa rookie of the year.
between tc, mulmore (both juniors) and mosely (frosh), they don't have a guy capable of being conference usa rookie of the year.
i say bracey would have made a difference becasue he can get others the ball and drive. shot is actually better than mulmore's and mosely's...and is on par with campbell easily.
with him, you get a few more wins. you have a good chance of making tourney.
hoyas had nobody to make a play when it gets tight. for himself or others.
the margins are that thin.
