as the latest bit of bad news is digested, I was pondering the program. and had a deja vu moment
not once centered on departing players
but how the program seems headed AND the way things have functioned
it's becoming very similar to what happened at the end for my guy jt3
similarities: a penchant for not communicating inside/outside the program
a presumption that said communication is not only unnecessary, but to be rejected. seemingly just because
what's the common thread between now and then?
organizational culture. it existed BEFORE jt3. he and Ewing have adopted it...particularly when times get challenging
it's a bubble that gets utilized. and needs to stop (as I've said for years)
