offensively:
they like to spread...five out usually...many times starting it out of ball screen action with garrett.
they space, making help hard while creating driving lanes and shooting looks.
remedy:
expect the hoyas to not help much. guard your guy. when you help, and the blue demons are sharing the ball (which they don't do a times), they can make you pay.
garrett and cain are the main guys. maybe on garrett high screens hedge and quickly recover. he can shoot better, so you can't really zone it or go under screen passively.
on cain, stay attached. he will shoot it and can drive. the other cats are throw ins.
i would man them. don't think switching will help much, as garrett is a floor general guy.
defensively:
they sag. clog the lanes. will also play some 2 3 for a few possessions.
remedy:
shots are gonna be there off post and kick...swings...skips. move ball. and let if fire. shots can be had, must be made.
also, get easy points., their transition defense sucks. which means defend and rebound first! hahah
