this article kind of demonstrates why the Hoyas may want to take a risk with a young coach who might stay here a long time.

When u look at what we are trying to avoid (becoming St. John's, DePaul or temple or another great city school program faded from the limelight after its great coach leaves), U see that these schools tried to hire proven coaches. I am not saying it cannot be done.
However, I would not be upset if the Hoyas decided to take a flier on a young unproven guy, the way they did with JT Jr, Recent lacrosse coach Kevin Warne, soccer coach Brian Weise and others.
If they went this direction, the ideal guy IMHO is Larry Cordaro out of LSU Alexandria. He is probably the best coach in NAIA the last three years. Look him up.
