stay attached to shooters. which begs the need of not getting beat offensively. if they ball screen, govan should lightly show. means go over the screen. stay attached!
understand they are jumpstepping into the lane. can't OVERSUCK at any time. that's what kills you in kick outs.
no real post game, so if paschall gets it down there, iso. no help. gotta stop him. gotta push up on the passer (and not get backcut).
don't like being pressed so much…not the fastest team. press them. jump them like with that diamond style press used very sparingly vs Xavier. but us it more.
defensively
Defensively man…can be aggressive. But always weak side sag in paint
1 2 2 ¾ to speed you up…get you off base
offensively Hoyas should...
create tempo. Morgan is pushing the rock successfully…villy not the fastest teams
pound the middle with govan, when they suck down, kick out, then get ball around perimeter. move the rock.
i would pick and roll/pop. particularly pop with govan. should be able to shoot over their small lineup.

Didn’t handle run and jump well. Gillespie in particularly
Should pick them up full court
Vs lasalle
To comeback went four around 1 to pashcal, who bullied them
Will play out of four around 1…hits the spot ups guys

1 4 to jumble…they read off that and gileppsie finds cutters from around elbow up (finding backside cutting)
Will post guards, who then play ake score
Push off stops…selectively
Swithing high pick and roll action…slip big sto bucket..no rotating size for nova
Pascal will spot up too. Bad matchup. get ball out of hands if possible.
