Yurt7 Caught in the Controversy

Yurt7 is one of the best players for Panathinakos who are in the Greek championship v Olympiakos. That he is playing in Greece is interesting in and of itself, given that many Greeks are no not at all fond of Turks given the history.

Series tied 1-1 but temporarily suspended due to violence and related issues. Game 3 now TENTATIVELY rescheduled for Friday. Panathinakos owner Dimitris Giannakopoulos thrown out of game 2 via force at halftime following heated exchange with refs with security teams from both teams coming to blows and fighting each other. Head coach Ergin Ataman was ejected in the fourth quarter. Giannakopoulos then went on IG and accused the govt and Olympiakos of corruption Prime minster of Greece and owner of Olympiakos are very close friends and in each other's weddings. Both owners summoned to the Greek Govt Sports Minister today.

My daughter was at Game 1 and said it was the most active passionate fan base she has ever seen live in a sporting event.

More:

i'm trying to plug into an expert, but it's been hard.

generically, he's a developmental guy, one who SEEMS to be able to protect the rim.

joining seal and jules and fort, possibly sorber. not a bad pick up.

if they end up with all those guys...expect the flex! hahah

biggest question marks are can he score at all? and given the dearth of minutes, can he stay on the floor?

good pick up imo. for size, depth and length.

not kareem, but not ighoefe either.

on burks bouncing

as you know he's gone to ucf.

i like him being under dawkins.

somebody needs to tell dawkins et al to buckle up.

burks has some real emotional concerns. not a bad guy, but falls into coo coo bird land way too fast. it's off-putting to say the least. can be counterproductive. his departure is not a surprise.

Jordan is not a bad guy, again, but he brings a lot to deal with.

when he got minutes, played better. still not true starter level imo, but he did play better and produce more.

i wish him well, and hope ucf, like gtown, attempts to help the total person.
