Can we give these guys some credit. 99% of this board was bemoaning the construction of this staff but to this point they've done a great job. To implement a new offense and coach these guys up has been great to watch. As frustrating as its been to blow so many games, you can see the improvement. They also never lost the team psychologically after losing those games the way they did which shows total buy in and mental toughness. Again, win some recruiting battles in the future and this staff seems to be tracking nicely.
