for the maryland game
1) press in disciplined way the terps. attack them but stay in position. don't get discouraged b/c trimble/cowan will beat it, but you have to wear them down.
2) keep trimble out of the lane. bump him, make life miserable for him. he hates physical play. turn him into a shooter...he's struggling with that now.
3) push the ball in transition. vs american terps didn't get back.
4) move ball and your teammates vs terps' sagging man. make them move, to find openings.
5) slip govan out for long shots...terps' bigs didn't react well to american's bigs shooting from distance.
6) crash the boards...the way to defeat is allowing multiple shot chances for terps.
7) use your depth to wear them down..they are relatively inexperienced and not deep.
