from a d1 coach who has scouted them

offensively

They’re good. They have such a good pace, they will push in transition when have those opportunities

Run their stuff so well

End of day they have cam davis create late shot clock. Makes tough shots

Get bal moving side to side well. Run many sets including Horns , pick azne roll, shuffle stagger stuff, even posting guards. , post guards

High iq crew

Other guards know who they are. Summers is a non shooter, but does what he does very well. G reat frivef, strong. Got into the paint

Carter is good too. Can shoot the ball

Guys have made big jump in terms of development

Bigs off bench devier makes good passes

Really physical …gonna play really really hard. They don’t break.

Mentally strong team

remedies

bigs can be left on an island if they play straight up, wall up and play with force. that allows guards to double this cam guy when necessary and stay with shooters.

they seem succeptible to pressure. can the hoyas mount it? need to speed them up

Defensively

they run both man and zone. on makes and misses they will switch it up, which makes you possibly turn it over

they make you make plays. stay in front

man and 2-3 zone/matchup

remedies

hoyas imo faltered vs 1 3 1 type zone to close umbc game. get the damn ball into the middle and work from there. beat it down the floor. don't know about the guards enough to suggest they screen it.

get ball inside. navy is tough, but not as big.

gets stops and transition game going. that's what won game vs umbc imo.
