overall experience:

it was great being close to home. in my time the majority of us either did NBA or Europe so it was an honor to play with all that talent. We obviously didn't have great NCAA success but i was a part of some great regular seasons and giving jt3 his first win at syracuse was my favorite moment.

talk about that 64-58 victory:

"i remember it was a huge snow storm, and we had to get rerouted to some smaller airport can't remember where. And commute the rest of the way i believe. We had to watch film in the pilot's lounge because we would have gotten to the hotel too late and wen to bed probably 2 am or something. That obviously wasn't our normal routine, so there was nervousness we wouldn't play well because of the travel problems.

"obviously it was super rowdy in the gym..and being 12-15 deep vs 30k or whatever it is up there is a challenge, and an experience not many people get.

"i remember it was tough game throughout, and syracuse kept coming at us. But we just kept finding the solution time and time again, and we never really felt we were in danger of losing. we just kept executing, staying calm and ending up pulling it out.

"definitely the ride back home was a lot of fun with yelling, embracing and laughter...and most of all relief getting that monkey off our program's back".

what is gtown schedule that helped with time mgt later?

"class 8-12, lunch, practice 4-7, homework at night"
