okay, in a nutshell they are an athletic team with solid size that hits the boards like crazy and pushes. they also have a really good lead guard.

start in five out. they don't post as much, but gets movement off pick and roll, with a dive. sometimes they kind of soft roll, then hard dive behind him. nice play
...communicate. make sure the second guy is guarded as this is what they are looking for. if they do post double it on catch. make them make plays
when lampkins is not in, it's a wide five out which is looking to drive and cut
...I would zone to make them shoot AND make their lead guard miles think. mix it up

man to man gap style defense.
...move ball and people. get in lane off bounce via pistol or screening, not so much pick and roll. look opposite. beat it down floor

...target him, makes them go. make him work constantly, shade towards him, trap sometimes, mix it up to slow him and them down. not a great outside shooter, so if anything force that and recover on the shot
obannon jr is a slasher that will hit midrangers
...make him dribble under duress.
lampkins is a big whose lost 50 pounds. active, talkative. hits glass and runs floor, screener that dives
...gotta hit him every play. double on catch and make him unfomfortable. don't let him win the rim running battle, find him. and make him do the same. Mutombo has to meet this challenge!
