on collegiate adjustment
"I think I'm adjusting pretty good. Like coach said I was getting too deep (on drives)...taking it game by game, getting my confidence up"
ewing then interjected "I have nothng but confidence in him. he's going to have to guard sometimes some of the best perimeter guys on the opposing team...the best of our season is coming. we are going to need him to lock in and guard those guys".
on his frosh class
"I have a great group of guys around me...We all like each other, we all encourage each other.
that's what we do, push each other in practice. It's all about the team".

"most definitely. we go hard. we don't go hard enough for coach (laughter). coach wants it all the way. . but we go hard. we push each other in practice. we weill just continue to do that. it's good to get a win, helps with confidence and stuff like that. we have to go back to the gym and get prepared again and push each other for the next games. and we' are gjust going to keep going like that. to win a championship at the end of the day".
