on motivation.
i disagree...he was at the pinnacle of players...he can't assume cats were basically him, motivation wise or otherwise. friends of mine who were great players said they had to realize just that. plus kids now are different.
plus i'd like to see him clap up the players more. sure they are SUPPOSED to execute. but when they do...applaud them. people respond well to that imo. and if you look at other coaches, they do. most at least.

"I’m going to look at the film. Watch film either tomorrow or the next day and try to show them the mistakes that we made and just try and move on from it.
"Motivating them. Im not big with the motivation, I think you need to be self-motivated. There was always guys when I was in the league that was like, ‘This one is a great motivator, that one is a great motivator’, but I always thought I was self motivated.
"And I think the guys have to look deep into themselves and get ready for what’s coming".
